ASG works collaboratively with Doctors. We want to ensure that Doctors focus on patient care and lead the clinical side of the Consulting Practice, while ASG focuses on the commercial and growth ambitions of the Practice. We want the Doctor-Owners to maintain operational control, with all Doctors at the Consulting Practice continuing to practice with complete clinical independence.

Bryan Resnik
CO-FOUNDER
10+ years experience in healthcare on the Executive Management team at Presmed Australia, having been responsible for leading, overseeing and managing the growth, strategy and commercial operations initiatives of the company.
Led Presmed’s growth strategy from 3 day hospitals in 2014, to 8 day hospitals and 2 consulting practices in 2024.
Prior to Presmed, worked in corporate finance and accounting at KPMG and AMP Capital.

Ricky Rosettenstein
CO-FOUNDER
7+ years experience as a partner of a group of childcare centres - one of the largest childcare groups in Sydney.
The childcare group currently owns and operates 12 centres in Sydney with significant expansion underway.
Responsible for growth strategies and managerial implementation of these strategies.
